Why did you choose the program?
When I was young, I was very interested in learning how computers work and writing code. Therefore, studying computer science will help me understand how computers work, perform troubleshoot and create programs.

What are the challenges you experienced while studying? (Cite at least 2)
As a computer science student, it’s hard when you run out of resources like a computer or laptop and wondering how to start and end a program. Internet access is also a problem so I can’t look for more code and create a good program.

How did you overcome it? (Explain for each situation mentioned above)
The institution provides us with materials, tools, and equipment so that we can create a good program. The school allows us to use the computer laboratory and connect to the Internet.

How do you feel about overcoming the challenges?
The positive emotions in my heart are difficult to express in words but the feeling is overwhelming.

What is your advice to a student who wishes to take the same program as yours?
My advice to them is to choose courses based on what they really want, not what others want for them. Remember to always keep your goal in mind and never give up, no matter how difficult it is.

How did the program help you in your current work/employment status?
Currently, I work as a senior field customer service representative. My responsibilities include installing our own legal research software, troubleshoot network problems and providing technical support to our clients

What are the values you have learned in the whole experience?
Experience is often the best teacher in our personal lives. We usually learn more from the wrong things than from the right things. Focus on your goals and believe in yourself. Success starts with believing in what you can do.
