This laboratory is equipped with the most advanced kitchenware and cooking equipment, which provides a simulated kitchen environment for students. A fully equipped kitchen which serves as a training station for cooking procedures.
Bread & Pastry Production Lab
This laboratory helps students in preparing and producing bakery and pastry products and teaches them about different presentation methods, sanitation and safety. A fully equipped baking area which serves as a training station for baking procedures.
Food & Beverage Services Lab
This facility provides monitoring and testing of food safety, nutrition and quality to allow students to a more realistic environment in the food and beverage industry. A replica of a restaurant dining area which serves as a training station for food and beverage services.
Bartending Laboratory
Thia laboratory features facilities that have completely operational dry and wet bars for students instruction. Each bar is arranged as if you were training on the job.

Technical Room
This laboratory helps students in preparing and producing bakery and pastry products and teaches them about different presentation methods, sanitation and safety. A networking and cabling station for students to be trained in computer systems servicing and hardware procedures.
Computer Laboratory Room
Our computer laboratory room provides both theoretical and practical lessons for students to help them navigate a rapidly changing technology driven world. A computer room wherein each student is equipped with their own unit for them to be trained in computer programming, software application procedures, and typewriting.
Suite Room
The Suite Room helps students visualize dynamic activity from standard lectures to active team-based inquiry and live demonstration purposes. A replica of a hotel suite room which consists of both bedroom and bathroom, which serves as a training station for housekeeping services.
Front Office
This laboratory helps students in conducting front office practicals like handling guest complains and role-playing of various front-desk situations and customer service roles. The school’s reception area that is similar to that of a hotel lobby, which also serves as a training station for front office procedures.
