April 4, 2024, was a date etched in the hearts of GISTians as they convened at the Marikina Sports Complex, heralding the resplendent return of the GIST Sportsfest after a five-year hiatus due to the trials posed by the pandemic.
The three-day Clash of GISTians Sports Fest 2024 unfolded seamlessly, commencing with the awe-inspiring DanXercise, a fusion of Dance and Exercise, setting a flash mob human formation of GIST @ 30, showcasing the collective spirit of thousands of GIST students, faculty, staff, and administrators in anticipation of the upcoming 30th Founding Anniversary of GIST.
