Why did you choose GIST?
I chose GIST before simply because the tuition fee was not so expensive… and you’ll be shocked once you’ve entered their school. They have small beautiful facilities but the most important was that they have a good quality of education more than you expect.

Why did you choose the program?
I’ve experienced different jobs before I decided to enroll. Being resourceful (madiskarte) in every aspect of life is useless without a bit of correct knowledge in different strands of life. I want to learn more about business, office managing, and intercommunication skills. GIST shared to me a lot of knowledge that I need. I’m so very thankful.

What are the challenges you experienced while studying? (Cite at least 2)
The schedule, especially once you’re a working student with a part time job. Almost no rest, but then again dedication is the key. You need to push yourself to reach your goals. You’ll see the best result after all the struggles and circumstances you’d encountered.

Focus on your mindsets and goals.

How do you feel about overcoming the challenges?
Unexplainable but once you step up on the graduation steps, it feels like you’re stepping into the cloud.

What is your advice to a student who wishes to take the same program as yours?
Be yourself, expect some struggles, but keep on holding on to your dreams, never give up.

How did the program help you in your current work/employment status?
Too many to mention. I’m not totally successful. But I’m the one who now handles the bills in our house and invest in things that help me to earn more from my business. Yes I work in a call center and manage my travel and tours business at the same time.

What are the values you have learned in the whole experience?
I can now stand on my own feet and can face the reality of life. GIST builds me to be a better person.
